This riverside property was the family weekend retreat for 30 years. Now with grown children and several grandchildren, the owners were ready to make Baileywick a fulltime home.

The new master suite provides plenty of space to relax in with large walk in closets and a master bathroom with a soaking tub and generous walk in shower. Attention was given to the placement of windows and doors to assure each room had a view of the river.

Two Cabins, One Great Experience

The original small two-bedroom cabin now perfectly joins the new construction featuring an ample open plan that is perfect for entertaining family and friends.

Indoor and outdoor living easily blend into one terrific space to gather under the stars or enjoy casting a pole into the river.
