DIRECTIONS To Design & Model Center

From Atlanta (less than an hour’s drive)

• Take I-75 north through Marietta merging onto I-575 North which turns into Hwy 515/Hwy 5
• Continue through Jasper, GA past the 2nd stop light approximately 12.5 miles
• Turn left onto Hwy 382 (a sign will be on your right for Gilmer County Airport)
• Proceed a 100 yards to stop sign and turn right, which is Hwy 382, and proceed approximately 1.5 miles
• Turn left onto Hwy 382 West (Valero Gas and Green’s Country Store will be at the corner)
• In approximately 1/2 mile  you will see our sign, turn right by the 4 mail boxes into our entrance
• Pass smaller log home on right and park on pavement.
• Office is to the lower right side of larger log home.

From Chattanooga (less than 1½ hour’s drive)

• Take I-75 South past Dalton, GA exits to Hwy 136 East in Resaca
• Drive 1/2 mile to dead end at Battlefield Pkwy NE/US-41 N/GA-136
• Turn left onto Battlefield Pkwy NE/US-41 N/GA-136 and drive for only 1/10 of a mile
• Take the first right onto Resaca Beach Blvd. NW/GA-136
• Go over the rail road tracks and continue on Hwy. 136 East for 21 miles
• Turn left on Hwy. 382 East and continue for 9.5 miles
• Entrance to Modern Rustic Homes will be on your left
• Pass smaller log home on right and park anywhere
• Office is in basement of larger log home
