We completed a custom house with Modern Rustic (MR) in the Blairsville area in 2025. From design through build, MR was professional and demonstrated consistent expertise. The design process was a collaborative effort that respected our wishes but leveraged MR's deep experience and assessment of our property. The result was a design that was both modern and rustic, exactly what we envisioned. The build process utilized trades with long experience with MR who were all highly skilled and cared about their work. There was not a single aspect of the build that seemed shoddy or required significant rework. MR's site superintendent was very competent and the budgeting and billing through the office was all very professional. If we had a frustration, it was that the schedule was at times nebulous and had delays that may have been avoided. However, this was our first custom home build and MR was committed to getting it right, which was certainly the result. We recommend them very highly!
