After enjoying the indoor/outdoor living of the Lake Blue Ridge house we designed and built, our client ask that we redesign/remodel their Johns Creek house to have many of the same features. This project involved a basement remodel to open up the space to a ground level courtyard, a pavilion for entertaining, complete with fireplace and catering kitchen, and landscaping featuring a bog pond and koi pond. The result is a beautiful blend of contemporary and rustic elements that open up the spaces to fill the house with natural light, and pull your eye to the terraced landscaping and water features. The backyard Pavilion has become a favorite spot to gather with friends and family.
